Updates on Our Groundbreaking Ceremony
We are delighted to announce that all the necessary permits for clearing, tree preservation, and infrastructure have been secured as of July 2023.
Groundbreaking is set for September 2023, with infrastructure development commencing once clearing activities are completed in November 2023.
We anticipate that this process will take roughly six months. Our construction phase is slated to kick off during the fourth month of infrastructure development.
Helping Investors Get Started
We have a strategic approach to our sales, intending to offer units in packages of two or more to investors. This pre-selling strategy is designed to optimize cash flow. Investors can expect cash flow from the sale of units within 30 days post‑closing.
The project is scheduled for completion within a year, with a target date of September 2024. We project that the project will stabilize within two years after construction completion.
For those interested in investing, the minimum investment request is $50,000. Upon agreement, we will provide the necessary documents to be signed, additional information, and instructions on how to send your investment.
